Our Classic Hotel taxi ride from the Old Quarter to the Sheraton was smooth and convenient. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the excellent service and check-in process at the 17th floor lounge. Though our room on the 15th floor had an average view of the Hanoi river skyline, it was comfortable and well-maintained. The comprehensive food selection in the lounge lived up to the Sheraton Club's reputation. Despite the shuttle to the Old Quarter no longer operating, the taxi service to and from the hotel was easy and took only 7-10 minutes. We also appreciated the hotel's location on the lake, allowing us to escape the noise and bustle of the old quarter. I highly recommend the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and scenic views.

The hotel is well placed between the airport and city, with a beautiful lake nearby to explore and an Oven D’Or restaurant within walking distance. Although not right in the center, taxis are readily available and cheap. The rooms are spacious with impressive lake view. The service is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional, even with a daily pho selection. The gym and swimming pool are well-equipped and maintained.

The hotel could use some updates, especially with the wooden furniture and outdated décor.

I had a great stay at a hotel with an amazing view of the lake and a beautiful skyline at night. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were really friendly and even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. it was a fantastic experience.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have a wider breakfast selection.

Great location, close to points of interest and with a lovely view of the lake. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of options and the gym and swimming were both enjoyable. It was also nice to have friendly staff members.

While the hotel had some good qualities, it was quite dated and could definitely use some updates. Additionally, the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and had a good time. The food offered was fantastic, offering various choices for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was located in a great spot, close to many restaurants and shops to buy souvenirs.

The gym was a bit of a letdown as the equipment was outdated and no bottled water was provided, making it quite inconvenient for guests. The lounge area was small and overcrowded during peak hours with many guests taking up more seating than needed.
